V5 System Descriptors
V5 Technical Documentation
Introduction
Descriptors in V5 Traceability are messages used by the system to denote that a certain action has taken place and been logged by the system.
These descriptors can relate to a number of processes across different modules throughout the system. This page will cover what these descriptors are, what they mean, and where users can expect to encounter them in relation to logs that can be used for integration purposes.

System Log Descriptors

| ADDITION REQUESTED | An additional request after a batch has been suspended for testing. | Batch Log |
| ADJUSTMENT | Changing an amount of product from one to another. | Batch Log, Inventory Log |
| ALLERGENS ACKNOWLEDGED | An operator has confirmed they understand requirements pertaining to allergens. | Batch Log |
| AUTO-ZERO | A field or value has automatically been set to zero (0). | Inventory Log |
| BATCH ABORTED | The specified batch has been completely aborted. | Batch Log |
| BATCH SIGNOFF | The specified batch has been approved and signed off by a supervisor. | Batch Log |
| BATCH SUSPENDED | The specified batch has been temporarily suspended. | Batch Log |
| COLLATED | The specified items have been collated together. | Batch Log |
| CONSUMED | The specified ingredients, commodities, formulas or batches has been consumed. | Batch Log, Inventory Log |
| EXPIRY CHANGED | The expiry date of the specified product has been changed. | Inventory Log |
| HAZARDS ACKNOWLEDGED | An operator has confirmed they understand requirements pertaining to hazards. | Batch Log |
| INVENTORY RETURNED | The specified inventory has been returned. | |
| ITEM HOLD | The specified item has been put on hold. | Inventory Log |
| ITEM UNHOLD | The hold on the specified item has been released. | Inventory Log |
| JOB LINE FORCIBLY COMPLETED | The specified job line has been completed by manual intervention. | |
| LOT NUMBER CHANGED | The specified lot has had it’s lot number changed. | Inventory Log |
| MOVED IN | The specified item has been moved in. | Inventory Log, Transfers |
| MOVED OUT | The specified item has been moved out. | Inventory Log, Transfers |
| PALLET HOLD | The specified pallet has been put on hold. | |
| PALLET MOVED | The specified pallet has been moved. | |
| PALLET MOVED IN | The specified pallet has been moved in. | |
| PALLET MOVED OUT | The specified pallet has been moved out. | |
| PALLET SPLIT | The specified pallet has been split into separate units. | Inventory Log |

| PALLET UNHOLD | The hold on the specified pallet has been released. | |

| QUANTITY ADJUST | The quantity for the specified item has been produced. | |
| RECEIVED | The specified item has been received. | |
| RETURNED TO INVENTORY | The specified inventory has been returned. | Batch Log |
| STOCK IN | The specified stock item/s have been received. | Inventory Log |
| SUSPENSION STEP | The specified step in the given batch has been suspended. | Batch Log |
| SUSPENSION STEP PASSED | The specified step in the given batch has been passed and released.. | Batch Log |
| SUSPENSION STEP FAILED | The specified step in the given batch has failed and required additional attention. | Batch Log |
| UNIT CHANGED | The specified unit has been changed. | |
| WITHDRAW | The specified item, commodity, formula, batch, or product has been withdrawn | Inventory Log |
