Summary

The ‘Sites’ section of the V5 Control Center allows users to set up different sites where their businesses operate. These sites can then be assigned default suppliers for their various commodities to allow specific commodities to be assigned to different warehouses/production facilities.

Site setup and use is covered in our ‘Locations’ module guide here.

Control Center Overview

The ‘Sites’ section can be found under the ‘Setup’ header in Control Center.

This section is made up of 3 panels:

  • Top (yellow) panel: Sites can be added, named and have billing and shipping information entered against them.
  • Bottom Left (red) panel: Allows the entry of suppliers who will supply the sites entered in the top panel
  • Bottom Right (blue) panel: Allows commodities from the suppliers in the bottom left panel to be assigned to the site, providing similar functionality to ‘Suppliers‘, but on a per site basis.
