Introduction

SG Systems Global provides a comprehensive range of Software Support to suit the needs of our diverse & worldwide customer base.

We offer 4 Service Levels that apply internationally.  A description of the Service Levels is available for download here.  Our Support Engineering Teams are located in;

  4. Montevideo (Uruguay)

For installations where SG Systems Global provides hardware (Touch Screen Industrial Terminals, Barcode Readers, Mobile Computers, Label Printers, Scales etc), we use Standard Manufacturer’s Warranties and we keep a list updated here for your convenience.

Support Request Instructions

For immediate support, please fill in the form below to generate a case and log your request.

SG Systems Global will automatically validate your account status and support level (referenced against your company email domain).

TICKET AUTOMATION – If you are a current support member, you will receive a ticket number and details of the assigned support representative.  If you are not a current support member, your Account Manager will be notified automatically.  You will then be contacted by your Account Manager.
