Part of the KPI suite from SG Systems, the ‘Sales Order Count’ KPI allows sales managers to see the total number of orders at various states of processing at the touch of a button.

2. Available Parameters

The ‘Sales Order Count’ KPI has the following parameters available when creating a new page:

 

  • Title – Available on all KPI pages, this allows the user to enter a custom title for each individual KPI for clearer labelling.
  • Time Frame Type – Offers 2 different options for selecting a time frame to report on:
    • Days in the past from now
    • Specific from and to date range
  • Time Frame – Depending on the selection for ‘time frame type’ above, we can either:
    • Days – enter the required number of days for ‘days in the past’ or
    • To and from dates – use the calendar drop-down menu to specify a date window to report on
  • Display Columns – gives the ability to select the order statuses to include in the KPI page
  • Refresh Interval – Sets the time that the KPI will wait before refreshing with live data from the V5 database.
