Part of the KPI suite from SG Systems, the ‘Volume Per User’ KPI allows managers and supervisors to view their operators’ productivity at the touch of a button.

2. Available Parameters
The ‘Volume Per User’ KPI has the following parameters available when creating a page:
Title – Available on all KPI pages, this allows the user to enter a custom title for each individual KPI for clearer labelling.
User – Allows the user to select a user/operator to view the productivity of.
Time Interval – Allows the entry of a set number of days/weeks/months to view the operator’s productivity over.
Refresh Interval – Sets the time that the KPI will wait before refreshing with live data from the V5 database.
