The ‘Unused Commodities’ report can be used to generate a report that lists various types of commodities that are not used in any formulas within the system.

This report can be found under the ‘Lists’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.

• Commodities – items with the ‘Ingredient’ type set in ‘Commodities’.
• Batch Formulas – formulas with the ‘Batch’ type set in ‘Formulas’.
• Product Formulas – formulas with the ‘Product’ set in ‘Formulas’.
• Packaging – items with the ‘Packaging’ type set in ‘Commodities’.
• Miscellaneous – items with the ‘Miscellaneous’ type set in ‘Commodities’.

If we run the report as we have set it up in the image above, we will generate one that looks like this:
