The ‘Stock Transfer’ report can be used to generate a report that acts as a Bill of Lading to accompany transfers scheduled in the V5 system. This can be printed out at the transfer’s source location.

This report can be found under the ‘Stock’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.

Here we can use the main drop-down menu to select a transfer order from the list of transfers created in the system. We can also use the provided checkbox to include the signature of the operator who dispatched the order.

If we run the report for the transfer selected in the image above, we will generate one that looks like this:

Note the barcode present that the receiving location will scan in WMS upon arrival.
