The ‘Pending Jobs’ report can be used to generate a report that lists that are pending production.

This report can be found under the ‘Production’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.

• Production Date From – We can use this to set a filter from date for jobs to report on (using the production date assigned to the job when it was created)
• Production Date To – We can use this to set a filter to date for jobs to report on (using the production date assigned to the job when it was created)
  • Leaving one/either of these fields blank will take today’s date
• Include Completed Jobs – Checking this option will also show completed jobs within the set time period

If we run the report as we have set it up in the image above, we will generate one that looks like this:

• Clicking the job number on the left side here will open a ‘Job (Detailed) report for that job. Note that the job must be complete for a report to be generated here
• Clicking the formula name will generate a ‘Formula List’ report for that formula
