The ‘On Hold’ report can be used to generate a report that lists pallets with the ‘Oh Hold’ status, along with the hold reason.
Report Setup
This report can be found under the ‘Stock’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.
Here we have several options to run this report:
Select Site (Optional) – Allows us to select a specific site (and hence set of stock locations) to report on.
Select Commodity (Optional)– Allows us to specify an individual commodity to report on.
Sort By Reason Code – Sorts results alphabetically by the reason code.
Hide Zero Quantities – Hides any empty pallets or pallets whose item stock level is 0
Excel Friendly Format – Checking this box will change the formatting of the report to be more excel friendly.
