Formula Version Summary

Summary

Formula Version Summary provides a compact list of formula versions, showing when each version was first used in production and who last edited it. It also includes deletion dates and recorded edit reasons where available.

Use the date and inclusion options to choose which versions are listed. The example shows fictional formula versions first used on 20 October 2026.

Report Setup

Set From Date to limit the list by each version's first production date, or leave it blank to remove that date filter.

Choose whether to include versions never used in production and deleted formulas.

Run the report and review the version, first-use date, editor and reason columns.

To include versions never used in production, leave From Date blank as well as selecting the corresponding option. A populated date filter excludes versions without a first-production date.
