Empty Stock Locations

Summary

The ‘Empty Stock Location’ report can be used to generate a report that lists all empty stock locations, provided that they are assigned to a site.

Report Setup

This report can be found under the ‘Stock’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.

 
The only option we have here is a drop down menu that will allow us to select a site to draw stock locations from. We also have the option to exclude expired stock from this report, so if a location contains only expired stock, it will be classed as empty.

Sample Report

If we run the report as we have set it up in the image above, we will generate one that looks like this:
