Client Details lists client codes, names, postal addresses and contact information. Customer and supplier switches control which client types are included.

The report also includes emergency contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses, making it a reference for the contact details held against client addresses.

Enable Show Customers, Show Suppliers, or both for the required client types.

Run the report and review the address and contact rows under each client name. A client can have multiple address rows.

The example below uses fictional records populated into the report’s Jasper layout. Demonstration labels have been added; the content and number of pages depend on your data and selected options.

The report contains:

• Client identity and address — Client code and name accompany the address name, street, city, region, postcode and country.
• Contact details — Telephone and email appear alongside emergency contact, emergency telephone and emergency email.
