The Checklist Templates List provides a reference list of the latest checklist templates that have not been deleted. It shows each template reference, name, specification and last-run date.
Use the report to locate a checklist and open its version report from the reference link. The list contains template information; it does not show the individual answers recorded during checklist execution.
Report Setup
This particular report does not feature any filter controls, and as such will immediately generate a report of the latest checklist templates, including their references, names, specifications and last-run dates.
Sample Report
The example below uses fictional records populated into the report’s Jasper layout. Demonstration labels have been added; the content and number of pages depend on your data and selected options.

The report contains:
Checklist reference and name — Identifies the latest version of each non-deleted template.
Specification and last run — Shows the saved specification text and the last-run timestamp.
