The ‘Allergens in Use’ report can be used to generate a report to list formulas that contain a particular allergen.

This report can be found under the ‘Lists’ header in the Jasper Reports suite, and if we select it we will see the following options for running it.

The only option we have here is a drop down menu that will feature all the allergens currently listed in the v5 database. We can either select an allergen from the menu, or we can leave it blank to generate a report to show all formulas that contain allergens. Let’s do the latter for our example here and run a report for formulas containing dairy.

If we run the report as we have set it up in the image above, we will generate one that looks like this:

• Clicking on a formula here will generate a ‘Formula List’ report for that individual formula.
• Clicking on an individual commodity here will generate a ‘Used In’ report for that commodity.
