Summary

The ‘Job Log’ section of the V5 Control Center allows users to view the results of jobs that have been undertaken across the production facility. This aggregates all of the batch data for the job and displays formula step addition totals.

Control Center Overview

The ‘Job Log’ section of the V5 Control Center allows users to view the results of jobs that have been undertaken across the production facility. This aggregates all of the batch data for the job and displays formula step addition totals.

This section is made up of 2 panels:

  • Top (yellow) panel: Provides a list of jobs that are in the production plan (this includes active jobs).
  • Bottom (red) panel: With a job selected in the top panel, this panel will show an aggregated view of formula step production.

Column Help – Top Panel

All information here is populated from ‘Production Plan’.

Job Number

The job number generated/assigned when the job was first created.

Formula

The formula code produced in that job.

Description

The formula description of the produced formula.

Units

The total number of units in that job.

Batches

How many batches of the formula were scheduled for the job.

Remaining

The number of batches remaining for the job.

Suspended

The number of batches suspended by the job.

Status

The current status of the job. These are:

      • Pending – Not active yet, this status is given when jobs are ‘created’ in the production plan.
      • Scheduled – The job is active and will be visible to relevant Terminals.
      • Hold – The job is on hold/suspended.
      • Testing – Similar to hold, this indicates the job is suspended for testing.
      • Complete – The job is complete.

Created

Date and timestamp to say when the job was created.

Time Elapsed

The amount of time spent on the job.

Custom Fields 1-10

Bespoke data fields, the contents of these fields can be printed on labels during production.

Commodity

The commodity code of the commodity consumed in this formula step.

Description

The name of the commodity consumed in this formula step.

Quantity

The actual quantity of the commodity consumed at this formula step.

Total Required

The requested quantity of the commodity for this formula step.

Units

The Unit of Measure of the formula step.

Accuracy

A percentile of the operator’s weighing accuracy for this step.

Time

The time for this step to have been completed across all batches.
