The ‘Schedule’ page of the ‘Checklists’ section of the V5 Control Center allows for the scheduling of checklists and also provides the ability to view results of checks undertaken.
This page provides a guide and column definitions for the ‘Schedule’ window in Control Center. More information on checklist setup can be found in our ‘Checklists’ module guide.
Control Center Overview
The ‘Schedule’ section can be found under the ‘QMS > Checklists’ menu in Control Center.
This window features 3 panels:
Checks (Red): An active view of active and scheduled tasks in the system.
Check Results (Yellow): With an active task selected in the ‘Checks’ window, this panel will show results of that check once it is executed.
Task Scheduler (Blue): With an ‘Ad Hoc’ type of checklist selected here, a checklist can be manually scheduled.
Column Help – Checks
Reference
The checklist reference number. This is set in ‘Templates’ and cannot be changed here.
Due
The due date for the check. This can be changed by using the drop-down calendar here.
Name
The name of the checklist, as with ‘Reference’ this is set in the Templates page.
Status
The status of the checklist, this can be ‘Not Started’, ‘In Progress’, ‘Pending Review’, or ‘Complete’.
Deviations
How many deviations were reported against the checklist.
Location
The location the checklist was performed in.
Site
The site the checklist was performed at.
Job
If the checklist was executed against a job, the job number will be listed here.
Formula
If the checklist was executed against a formula, the formula code will be listed here.
Column Help – Check Results
Question
The check question that was asked within the checklist.
Answer
The answer to the question listed above that was chosen by the operator.
Timestamp
When the check was performed.
Deviation Status
If an answer was chosen that raises a new deviation, the status of that deviation will be shown here.
Performed By
The user who performed the check.
Deviation Number
If a deviation was raised for this check, its unique code will be shown here.
Escalated To
Displays the user group that the deviation assessment was escalated to.

Reference
The checklist reference number. This is set in ‘Templates’ and cannot be changed here.
Checklist Name
The name of the checklist, as with ‘Reference’ this is set in the Templates page.
Last Run
When the checklist was last executed.
Approval Template
Displays the approval template of the checklist (if set), assigned when the checklist is set up in ‘Templates’.
