The type of loss the step will experience. Scaled loss is loss that occurs when the commodity is being weighed and is subsequently additional stock that is deducted from the stock lot than is added to the formula Produced loss is loss that occurs when the batch is produced, reducing the amount of the master formula's production in the end due to this step. Loss can be positive or negative hence loss can also be used as gain.
